This is a new mattress, but, unfortunately, the customer took the mattress out of its packaging, laid on the mattress for a short period in the afternoon and decided they didn't like it... 

So, essentially, a new mattress, as it's never actually been slept on, but we are unable to sell it as such, due to it being opened! 

Mattress will come with a full 10 year guarantee and is back in its original bag.

Suitable for all bed types, this mattress carries full organic certification from the Soil Association and GOTS and is completely free from the fire retardants used in standard mattresses, but still passing all the necessary UK standards.
