The robust organic spelt husks offer support and retain warmth, whilst allowing air to circulate freely. 

Bigger and more uneven than our organic millet husks, spelt has a massaging effect and together with its high silica content, it is beneficial in the prevention of muscle related tensions (ie a stiff neck!).

Features a removable (and washable), organic cotton outer.

The organic spelt husks are certified by Bioland, a German organic farming certifier. The organic cotton pillow insert is certified to GOTS standard.
